It also acquired Wuxi Ross to improve the company’s product chain. At the same time, the peak of domestic lithium battery expansion is approaching. Thanks to the deep cooperation relationship established between the company and its top customers, the company has obtained a large number of orders from battery manufacturers such as CATL, BYD, LG New Energy, Xinwangda, and EVE Energy during the domestic lithium battery expansion period, as well as overseas project orders from domestic and foreign customers such as ZellCo (a subsidiary of Volkswagen Group), CATL, Far East Group, TTI Partners SPC, achieving further expansion of overseas markets.

In terms of product intelligence, the company designs and develops automated single machine equipment such as fully automatic liquid feeding machines, fully automatic unpacking machines, automatic ball pushing devices, and powder automatic docking devices, further optimizing the independently developed integrated control system to achieve intelligent functions such as real-time uploading of production data, automatic issuance of work orders, process assistance analysis, and active maintenance of equipment, promoting the unmanned, automated, and intelligent production process of the entire system line.

In terms of the research and development of new lithium battery material processing systems, the company closely follows industry trends and has completed the research and application of high-efficiency powder and liquid dispersers and their supporting systems. Compared to the dual planet dispersion pulping system, the high-efficiency dispersion pulping system manufactured by the company has the advantages of small equipment investment, small footprint, and low comprehensive energy consumption. Its core equipment, the powder liquid high-efficiency disperser, combines the advantages of precision powder liquid feeding and the shearing ability of the disperser, improving the uniformity and consistency of the pulp. At the same time, the company has achieved preliminary application of dry electrode technology in product systems. Compared with wet electrode manufacturing, dry electrode manufacturing saves battery production costs, reduces environmental pollution caused by chemical solvents, and effectively improves battery life and energy density.
