4. Proficient in mainstream industrial communication protocols and familiar with the use of common components;

1. Plan the process flow of production facilities, complete process simulation, material balance, and energy balance, and draw PFDs;
2. Prepare the process equipment list and equipment data sheet, specifying equipment parameters, specifications, and technical standards;
3. Complete the design of the equipment layout plan and the preparation of supporting documentation, and draw the P&ID;
4. Conduct hydraulic calculations for pipelines in the process system and utility material system within the equipment;
5. Determine the technical requirements for special valves and system components, and prepare the relevant technical specifications;
6. Collaborate with project analysis to address on-site technical issues, provide targeted solutions, and offer guidance.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering and Technology or related majors such as Mechanical Design;
2. Over 5 years of experience as the lead designer in chemical engineering projects, familiar with project technical management processes and the submission requirements of various disciplines;
3. Proficient in using mainstream software for PFD/PID drawing, familiar with process flow simulation software;
4. Proactive, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Priority will be given to those with professional qualification certificates.

1. Complete the full-process pipeline design for the project based on PID, equipment layout drawings, and other documents;
2. Use AutoCAD, E3D/ZWPD to create pipeline layout drawings and isometric drawings, and prepare material lists as well as insulation/anti-corrosion lists;
3. In accordance with standards such as GB 50316, ASME B31.3, and pharmaceutical GMP, complete the selection of pipe materials/valves and determination of pressure ratings for special fluids (electrolytes, process media);
4. Assist in on-site construction briefings, resolve installation technical issues, and participate in the inspection of piping sub-projects.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or related majors;
2. Possess piping design experience in design institutes/engineering companies within the lithium battery, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical industries;
3. Be familiar with the relevant knowledge of pipeline materials, pipeline machinery, pipeline layout, laws and regulations, and standards;
4. Proficient in mainstream 3D piping design software;
5. Preference will be given to those holding a registered chemical engineer (or equivalent design qualification certificate in related industries).
