The continuous vacuum defoaming machine is primarily used for dispersing positive and negative electrode materials and removing bubbles, preparing qualified slurry for subsequent processes.

The equipment uses a high-speed motor to provide centrifugal force to the material, forming a thin film on the defoaming disk. At the same time, the material is refined through the fine slits of the defoaming disk. The refined material impacts the inner wall of the container, breaking into a film. In this process, the vacuum environment causes bubbles within the slurry to continuously expand and burst, ultimately removing the gas and completing defoaming.
