Fluidized Bed Jet Mill
Back
Compressed air is accelerated into a supersonic airflow through a Laval nozzle and then injected into the grinding zone, fluidizing the material. Multiple high-speed air streams accelerate the material, achieving efficient, ultrafine grinding of dry materials through high-speed collision. The ground material is conveyed to the classification zone by a negative pressure upward airflow, where a classification wheel sifts out powder meeting the particle size requirements. Particles that do not meet the requirements are returned to the grinding zone for further milling. Qualified powder is collected by a cyclone separator, and dust-laden gas is filtered through a bag filter before being discharged into the atmosphere. This equipment is a key unit for the precise preparation of raw materials upstream of a Magnetic material powder vacuum conveying line and for the high-purity powder pretreatment within a Semiconductor material mixing batching solution.
