The Dry Electrode Calender - Continuous is a core manufacturing equipment for dry-process films and dry-process battery electrodes. It is primarily composed of a roller-forming assembly, a thinning assembly, a current collector laminating assembly, a foil unwinding assembly, an electrode winding assembly, a servo hydraulic system, a temperature control system, and an automated electrical control system. It continuously hot-presses the positive or negative electrode powder materials, which have undergone fiberization treatment in the previous process, into a self-supporting film. The film is then continuously processed through rolling, thinning, hot-pressing lamination, and finally wound to obtain dry-process electrodes.
