The Kneading Screw Extruder is the core equipment of a continuous twin-screw slurry production system. It is primarily used for the mixing and dispersion of powders and liquids. This machine is adaptable to various slurry mixing processes and material systems, and can be applied in the production of high-viscosity materials such as lithium battery cathode and anode slurry, plastics, rubber, adhesives, and food. Compared to traditional batch mixing, this equipment enables large-scale, fully continuous slurry production. It not only increases the solid content of the finished slurry but also offers advantages such as uniform dispersion, high mixing efficiency, low energy consumption, high production capacity, and a high degree of intelligence. It is compatible with a variety of slurry mixing processes and material systems.
