The Powder Transfer Tank—Positive Pressure is widely applicable in industries such as new energy, food/pharmaceuticals/daily chemicals, fine chemicals, adhesives, special materials, and electronic materials. It meets high-precision scenarios for conveying, mixing, and weighing various powder materials. Materials are fed into the sending tank via a screw conveyor, where the tank performs high-precision verification of the feeding accuracy (The PTKM model is equipped with a frame-type stirring paddle, enabling pre-mixing of various powder materials). Then, materials are conveyed to the mixer through pipelines using airflow. The entire process adopts PLC fully automatic control.
