The Metering Tank—Vacuum consists of a feed pipe, an electronic control system, a silo, a discharge screw and other components, and is controlled by a fully automatic PLC system. Its main function is to suck materials from packaging bags into the metering tank via negative pressure pneumatic conveying, then after metering by load cells, the materials are conveyed to the positive pressure sending tank by the discharge screw, or directly sent to the mixer through a pipeline.
