The Dry Electrode Calender - Split is a core piece of equipment in fields such as dry-process electrodes and solid-state batteries. It is primarily composed of a roller-forming mechanism, a precision rolling and thinning mechanism, a constant-tension winding mechanism, a servo hydraulic system, a temperature control system, and an automated electrical control system. It performs a hot-pressing continuous film-forming process on powders that have undergone fiberization treatment in the previous step, then continuously rolls and hot-presses the formed film to thin it, and finally winds the film onto a roll via the constant-tension winding mechanism, resulting in a self-supporting film for dry-process electrodes.
