Transfer Tank

The transfer tank is equipped with a slow-speed mixing device, primarily used for the mixing, heat transfer, or reaction processes of low to medium viscosity liquids. Its built-in ribbon agitator drives the liquid to circulate up and down along a helical surface. The outer contour of the ribbon is close to the inner wall of the mixing tank, providing extensive mixing coverage. This not only enhances the circulation flow of the liquid near the tank wall but also prevents material sedimentation and wall adhesion. This equipment is suitable for intermediate storage and gentle mixing process stages in coating & ink mixing batching lines​ and daily chemical & personal care mixing filling lines, effectively ensuring material uniformity and stability while preventing sedimentation.
